Schedule a Service

 You hereby authorize ALED Technologies, Inc. to charge the credit card you have provided for the payment of fees, costs, and expenses incurred for services rendered by ALED Technologies, Inc. This will include material costs actually incurred and a minimum charge of 2 hours of labor, regardless of the actual time spent by ALED Technologies, Inc. service personnel.
MINIMUM: The charge for two hours of labor will be $480, plus applicable taxes.
In the event that ALED Technologies, Inc. estimates the material costs to exceed $100, ALED Technologies, Inc. will provide you with written notice of the estimate and will seek your approval prior to performing the services.
By signing, you certify that you are authorized to enter into this agreement.
